Kyburg Merlot
Production: 5’000 bottles (750ml)
100% Merlot
Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% new oak, 80% second and third fill oak barrels.
Kyburg Merlot is deep ruby red in colour. Classic pencil-shavings French oak on nose balanced with dark fruit, red and black berries and cherries flavours with well-structured tannins.
Kyburg Shiraz
Production: 5’000 bottles (750ml)
100% Shiraz
Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% new oak, 80% second and third fill oak barrels.
Kyburg Shiraz is a wine with an intense ruby red, rich concentrated colour. Wild berries and raspberries expression with hints of pepper, spice and vanilla oak. A palate with length, expression and silky tannins.
Kyburg Chenin Blanc
Production: 2’500 bottles (750ml)
100% Chenin Blanc
Kyburg Chenin Blanc is a distinctive yellow apple, pineapple, alongside with notes of green melon and lime. Beautifully structured on the palate, bursting with fresh yellow and white fruit flavours. The wine finishes subtly, yet distinct with great minerality and citrus flavours.
Kyburg 33 Latitude Select
Production: 2’500 bottles (750ml)
Blend of: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 18% Shiraz
Maturation: 24 month in new French oak barrels, 225 lt.,
3 years bottle maturation
33 Latitude SELECT is a blend of 3 wine cultivars, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz. Once all cultivars have been resting in oak barrels for 12 months, every barrel is tasted and only the best few new barrels of each cultivar are kept aside. These barrels are then cellared for another 12 months.
Kyburg Cabernet Sauvignon
Production: 5’000 bottles (750ml)
100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Maturation: 12 month in French oak barrels, 20% new oak, 80% second and third fill oak barrels.
Kyburg Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep dark red classic wine with ripe fruit, notes of cassis and delicate mint and eucalyptus characters adding complexity. Firm tannin structure bringing forward length and depth in this wine.
Kyburg 33 Latitude
Production: 5’000 bottles (750ml)
Blend of: 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 18% Shiraz
Maturation: 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% new oak, 80% second and third fill oak barrels.
Kyburg 33 Latitude is a blend of three cultivars, 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot and 18% Shiraz resulting in a wine that is deep red in colour with black fruit and mocha flavours, firm elegant tannins with good support of oak.
