South Africa

Delivery costs will be quoted upon your order request. Minimum order quantity is 6 bottles, which can be assorted. We will get back to you within 48 hours with an invoice including delivery cost. Please do not hesitate to contact us should have any queries regarding your order at info@kyburgwine.com

Term and Conditions:

• Prices exclude delivery within South Africa.
• If you are an international customer, please send us an e-mail to info@kyburgwines.com and we will send you an offer.
• The minimum order is 6 bottles made up of any cultivar
• Your order is shipped within 3-5 working days after payment receipt.
• We are not allowed to sell wine to any person younger than 18 and shipments will not be delivered if the recipient is not 18 years or older, or cannot produce identification to prove it.
• We can only deliver products to physical addresses and do not deliver to Post Office boxes. If no person is available at the requested delivery address when delivery takes place, the courier will retain the products and we will tell you about the attempted delivery. If the courier returns the products to us, you will become liable for any further delivery cost. We are not responsible for any loss occasioned by any delay in the delivery.

Returns Policy

• We will gladly exchange any faulty products, but for other exchanges, please note that we can only accept unopened products.
• If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, complete the return process by following these steps:

• Send an email to info@kyburgwine.com, stating the nature of your return.
• We may dispatch the courier to pick up the wine at an arranged time.
• We will verify that the wine is unopened, or that the opened bottle is faulty.
• We will refund the corresponding amount. We regrettably cannot refund the delivery costs.

Switzerland

Versandkosten je nach Standort und Umfang der Bestellung. Minimum Quantitaet von 6 Flaschen pro Bestellung. Bitte fuellen Sie das Bestellformular ein und druecken Sie auf ‘senden’. Wir senden Ihnen baldmoeglichst eine Bestaetigung. Haben Sie Fragen, bitte wenden Sie sich an info@kyburgwine.com

Germany

Please note within Germany a € 5.50 transport levy will be charged for orders less than 18 bottles. The prices include, DHL transport to customer’s door within Germany, custom duties, warehousing, 19% VAT, repackaging and special cartons necessary in Germany.

Belgium,  Luxembourg, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Austria, France, Poland, Portugal, Great Britain, Sweden, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic

The following transport levy will be charged for every case up to 18 bottles. The prices include, DHL transport to customer’s door, custom duties, warehousing, 19% VAT, repackaging and special cartons if necessary. Please note that transport levy is an indication and that all orders will be confirmed prior to shipping.
