2010 33 Latitude SELECT

Winemaker’s Tasting Notes
After 12 month the wines are tasted. The best 8 – 10 wines in the new French oak are selected and retained for another 12 month barrel maturation; i.e. for 2 years in the barrique.
A wine that shows velvetiness, good fruit and wood integration. Mixed ripe fruit with well-balanced tannins but with firm structure. An elegant wine which will still develop in the bottle and give more pleasure in the glass.
